Splash Kingdom Signs – Greenville, Tx

Name of Project: Waterpark signs

My Role: Create digital design concepts for signage that will go to production to be constructed out of wood to hang around the waterpark.

Client’s Name: Splash Kingdom Waterparks – Greenville, TX location

Intended Audience: Families of all ages in the Hunt County area of East Texas who want to cool off in the summer while having good family fun.

Strategy and Concept: For the series of signs, they had to have unity in their presentation, so I took the elements from the existing brand elements, such as the logo, typography, and color palette, and created variations to represent each sign’s location.

Reason for decisions: To remain consistent with the brand’s image, I followed the style guide in terms of the color palette, typography, and illustration style. Additionally, I incorporated new elements, such as the riveted border, to showcase an industrial design to visually communicate the waterpark’s aviation theme.
